The Weight Balancing System is flexible and easy to follow for most people. Vegetarians can follow the Weight Balancing System but choices may be limited. This is not a program for Vegans.
The food program is basically low-fat protein, lots of vegetables, small amounts of fruit, very low carbs and NO sugar.
Although most people will follow the 500 calorie daily serving sizes, we’ve found that some people—especially those with larger food intake—are better served if they start at 750 calories per day or even 1000 calories per day and then ramp down to 500 calories. Take the Portion Plan Survey to determine what might work best for you.
In addition to three portion sizes, the Weight Balancing System food program offers three levels of choices in the menu.
To get the best results, you’ll want to choose food selections from the “Main Version” category.
In addition to the more strict “Main Version” of the diet for each meal, you’ll find “Additional Moderate Choices” that are included for those who don’t mind releasing weight at a slower pace in order to have greater taste. Realize that the “Moderate” extra ingredients may give you more taste and choice but will add more calories, which may cause you to take more time to reach your new weight balance level.
The “If you must…” category provides a few choices if you really feel like you need to stray from the diet. If you have one day of “straying,” don’t worry about it. Just return to the Main Version the next day. Remember, just keep going and you’ll be pleased with your results.
First Two Days are High Fat Food Days
A unique aspect of the Weight Balancing System food program involves the first two days of the diet where you take the Wt Balancer™ dietary supplement twice per day and eat as much high fat food as you can until you feel stuffed, at least three-to-four meals per the first two days. This process helps to trigger the “fat mobilization” process. The more high fat food you can eat on these two days, the greater your opportunity to achieve solid results. The Food Program lists many high fat foods that can help you with these first two days.
